🚀 Phase 1: Recruitment and Orientation (Month 1)

Objective: Select and onboard 120 women into the program.

🔹 Activities:

Recruitment: Identify and select women from diverse backgrounds across Cameroon.
Orientation: Conduct sessions to introduce the program’s vision, goals, and expectations.
Baseline Assessment: Evaluate participants’ current knowledge, skills, and economic situation.

  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Leads recruitment and orientation.
  • E Media Empire: Handles communication and outreach.
  • Investing in People Worldwide: Provides NGO support and community engagement.

🎯 Milestone: 120 women enrolled and ready for training.


📢 Phase 2: Social Media Awareness Campaign (Months 1–6, Ongoing)

Objective: Build public awareness and train participants in digital marketing.

🔹 Activities:

✅ Train participants in video creation and social media marketing.
✅ Each woman creates and shares videos about her journey, business, or nature-related content.
✅ Promote the project on social media to attract investors, partners, and followers.

🏢 Companies Involved:

  • E Media Empire: Leads social media training and campaign management.
  • Nchemty Digital: Provides digital marketing expertise.

🎯 Milestone: Increased visibility for the project and improved digital marketing skills for participants.


💰 Phase 3: Fundraising Campaigns (Months 2–6)

Objective: Secure funding to support the project.

🔹 Activities:

Apply for grants from NGOs, international organizations, and government bodies.
Launch crowdfunding campaigns to attract global donors.
Seek partnerships with ministries, private sector stakeholders, and investors.
Internal Funding Campaign: Each participant contributes 10,000 XAF to form the Ubuntu Cooperative Society.

  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Leads grant applications and fundraising.
  • Investing in People Worldwide: Provides NGO support.
  • Ubuntu Cooperative Society: Manages internal funding.

🎯 Milestone: Funds secured to establish the 11 companies and finance women-led ventures.


🎓 Phase 4: Training & Capacity Building (Months 1–6)

Objective: Equip women with practical skills in business, agriculture, culinary arts, and digital innovation.

🔹 Training Modules:

1️⃣ Sustainable Agriculture – Organic farming, hydroponics, waste management.
2️⃣ Creative Culinary Arts and sciences – Upgrading traditional recipes to international standards.
3️⃣ Agro-Entrepreneurship – Business planning, branding, and marketing.
4️⃣ Digital Innovation – Website development, SEO, and social media marketing.

🏢 Companies Involved:

  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Culinary arts & sustainable agriculture training.
  • King’s Agro: Agriculture and animal husbandry.
  • Nchemty Digital: Digital innovation training.
  • Mekor Bobos: Food processing and transformation.

🎯 Milestone: 120 women gain essential skills for employment and entrepreneurship.


🤝 Phase 5: Ubuntu Cooperative Society Formation (Month 6)

Objective: Establish a financial support system for women-led businesses.

🔹 Activities:

✅ Each participant contributes 10,000 XAF, raising 1,200,000 XAF.
✅ Register and structure the Ubuntu Cooperative Society.
✅ Partner with microfinance institutions for loans and savings.

🏢 Companies Involved:

  • Ubuntu Cooperative Society: Manages financial operations.
  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Provides additional support.

🎯 Milestone: A fully operational cooperative society supporting women entrepreneurs.


🏭 Phase 6: Post-Training Implementation (Months 7–12)

Objective: Launch 11 companies and ensure financial independence for participants.

🔹 Activities:

✅ Provide 20,000 Euros as seed funding to each new company:

  1. Ubuntu Cooperative Society
  2. Mekor Bobos Food Transformation and Processing
  3. Nchemty Digital
  4. King’s Agro
  5. Ama Healthy Foods
  6. Bantu Shipping
  7. Natural Intelligence (NI)
  8. Forest Homes Ltd

✅ Employment: Women are placed in these new companies, Chef Dawei Foods Ltd, and E Media Empire.
Compulsory Savings:

  • Each woman saves a minimum of 1,000 XAF daily (30,000 XAF monthly).
  • Funds are used to expand the cooperative and future investments.

  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Employs and mentors participants.
  • E Media Empire: Offers jobs in media and communication.
  • Ubuntu Cooperative Society: Manages savings and loans.
  • New Companies: Provide employment and business opportunities.

🎯 Milestone: 120 women gain financial independence, and all companies become operational.


🌍 Phase 7: Scaling and Expansion (Year 2 and Beyond)

Objective: Expand operations regionally and internationally.

🔹 Activities:

✅ Expand DAWEILIZER production, rabbit farming, and snail farming.
✅ Open ready-to-cook food stores and vending points.
✅ Launch local and international logistics services.
✅ Replicate this empowerment model in other African countries.

🏢 Companies Involved:

  • Chef Dawei Foods Ltd: Expands agriculture and food production.
  • Bantu Shipping: Develops logistics and distribution networks.
  • Forest Homes Ltd: Leads real estate and tourism projects.
  • Natural Intelligence (NI): Develops the AgroTech App and digital ecosystems.

🎯 Milestone: Economic growth, job creation, and a self-sustaining model for African women entrepreneurs.
