Eruminati

The Ever Green Eru That Truly Dominates.

The Dominating Eru

Eruminati Project – Comprehensive Overview

What is Eruminati?

The word “Eruminati” is a fusion of two key elements: “Eru” and “Minati.”

  • Eru is a nutritious vegetable native to Cameroon, particularly cherished by the Bayangi people from the Manyu region in southwestern Cameroon. It is traditionally made into a savory vegetable soup, featuring finely shredded eru leaves, water leaves, crayfish, smoked fish, meat, cow hides, snails, and cow stripes. This dish is deeply rooted in Cameroonian culinary culture and is widely enjoyed.

  • Minati is derived from the word “dominating,” symbolizing power and influence. Thus, “Eruminati” represents the eru that dominates and conquers the market with its exceptional quality and flavor.

Eruminati is Chef Dawei’s signature version of this ever-popular dish. It stands out not only for its flavor but also for its health-conscious preparation. Cooked with love, passion, and a deep concern for consumers’ well-being, Eruminati features:

  • Limited palm oil to reduce cholesterol levels
  • No added salt
  • Minimal seasoning cubes
  • More snails and less beef for a protein-rich, nutritious meal

Eruminati redefines the traditional eru dish, offering a healthy, flavorful experience that caters to both the taste buds and the well-being of consumers. This is the eru that truly dominates!

One of our exciting upcoming projects is Eruminati, Chef Dawei’s signature ever-green dish. Eruminati is a unique blend of Cameroon’s traditional vegetable, Eru, prepared with the finest ingredients, including more snails and less beef, limited palm oil to reduce cholesterol, and cooked with health-conscious love and passion. This dish aims to dominate the market, offering a healthier alternative for consumers who value quality and taste.
