Refund Policy for Chef Dawei Foods Ltd.

At Chef Dawei Foods Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy to understand your options regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Only products that were directly purchased from Chef Dawei Foods Ltd. are eligible for refunds or returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, including:

Perishable goods such as fresh snails or any other food products that cannot be resold or reused for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products that have been used or opened.
Custom or special order items.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at refund@daweifoodsltd.com with proof of damage, and we will arrange the exchange process.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
